Dominators latest LS1/LS2 robust polyester engine mount is designed for all levels of performance whether it be the road, strip or the extremes of a 12 hour Bathurst GTP race. The design restricts engine movement, by limiting the impact of torque spikes. Some engines twist that much with stock mounts from high torque output, that huge amounts of power to the wheels is lost and gear changes can be missed quite regularly. The polyester material used is up to 10 times stronger than Original Equipment natural rubber mounts, yet still maintains vibration insulation and reduces NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness), as well as being resistant to oil and chemical deterioration. “Well a little update....just installed and tested the Noltec urethane mounts and I have nothing but rave reviews for them.

Motor shake is all but non existent on my very lopey 408. Very small increase in NVH right around 2k but other than that I can't tell a difference. No increase in false knock and my shifting is butter smooth now. The motor was twisting so much with the stock mounts and heavy iron block that I was missing shifts fairly regularly.
